Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Ordilo. By signing in or using a visitor link you agree to them.

Your account

• Keep your password and authenticator device private, and store your backup codes safely.
• You’re responsible for orders and changes made with your account.
• Group admins decide who is invited and what they can do in their group.

Orders

• Ordilo passes orders to the restaurant your group chooses. The restaurant is responsible for the food, pricing, payment and allergen handling.
• Orders close at your group’s cutoff. Later changes are sent as amendments; the restaurant may not be able to accept them.
• Dietary notes are passed on as written. Always confirm serious allergies directly with the restaurant.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other groups’ data, disrupt the service, or send unsolicited messages through it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and to send orders on time, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. If an order can’t be sent, group admins are alerted.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with its date.
