What it does

For members

• Set a standing order once; it rolls over every week.
• Change a single week, or mark yourself as not attending, until cutoff.
• Add a substitute when you can’t make it — you’re opted out automatically.
• Bring a visitor: enter their order, or send them a private link to choose their own.
• Optional email confirmation whenever your order changes.

For organisers

• Your meeting day, start time, cutoff and timezone — daylight saving handled correctly.
• Skip weeks for holidays: nothing is ordered or sent.
• A menu with categories, dietary tags and choices like “Eggs: poached / scrambled”.
• A reminder before cutoff with attendance and pending orders.
• Per-person permissions: visitor host, menu keeper, people manager and more.

For the restaurant

• One email at cutoff with every order, a kitchen tally and total covers.
• Printable PDF and spreadsheet-friendly CSV attached.
• Late changes arrive as a numbered amendment listing only what changed.

Security and privacy

• Every account uses two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, plus backup codes.
• Each group’s data is isolated in the database itself, not just in the app.
• Every change is recorded in an audit log.
• Hosted in Sydney with encrypted nightly backups.
